Ruth Ann Ferguson, 94, passed away at her home in Oklahoma City on August 25, 2024. She was born to Robert and Gertrude (McClure) Shriver in Fallis, Oklahoma on June 26, 1930. She met Jack Ferguson at a skating rink and married him on December 27, 1954. They had two sons, Eddie and Jeff, and were lifetime members of Putnam City United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, her parents, and her brother, Joe Shriver. She is survived by her sons, Robert Edward of Denver, CO, and Jeffrey Dale of Oklahoma City; sister-in-law Earline Shriver; and other family members. A celebration of Ruth Ann’s life is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 30th at Bill Merritt Funeral Service.
