Theresa Elizabeth Jolly

Theresa Elizabeth Jolly passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at the age of 91. She was born June 5, 1932 in New Prague, MN to Jerome Andrew and Theresa Patricia (Talley) Cavanaugh. Theresa lived in numerous states coast to coast and Saudi Arabia before moving to OK in 1978. She loved traveling and taking historical tours, baking, eating, making meals especially, popcorn balls and cheese & noodles. She was a shopper and took pride in making sure all her outfits were coordinated with matching shoes, jewelry, etc. She enjoyed many types of music from classical to Elvis and the Beatles. Theresa was known as a patient and kind person not only to her family and friends but to animals as well. She loved her family and all her “critters”. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Samuel Jolly and many of her beloved pets. She is survived by 3 daughters, Christine Kellar of Forest Park, OK, Margaret Mesar of Iola, WI and Kelly Hoffman of Oklahoma City, OK, 7 grandchildren, her most awesome caregiver, Laura Rincon, as well as Christine, Lisa and entire Complex Primary Care Team that took care of her for years. She also leaves behind her beloved Fur Babies, Snoopy, Scruffy, Onnie and CeCe. Memorial donations may be made in her name to the Oklahoma or Bethany Humane Society.
