

William Monroe Pybas, AKA Bill, Billy or Will. Was Born on February 14th 1957. He passed away on May 18th 2026. Born to Charlie Monroe Pybas and Loyce (McCluskey) in Tyler, Texas. He went to Putnam City high School before moving on with his GED. Later on in life he graduated with a Technical Degree in Heat and Air from Canadian Valley Vo-Tech and Later Vatterott School earning student of the year. He painted houses with his father for 15 years. Then he worked as a Baker for Albertson’s for 25 years, later on at Buy For Less while working on his heat and air degree. He then went to work for Air Flow Heat Technologies for about 14 years. After he retired he didn’t stay retired with stops at Locke Supply and then Enterprise Rental where he was employed at the time of his death.
Billy enjoyed life, and fast cars. He was a passionate OU fan as well as the Atlanta Braves, and a massive dirt tracking racing fan he went to race tracks all over the country. He spent time behind the wheel at State Fair Speedway as well as other tracks around the state. He was also on several pit crews since the 70’s helping as many people as possible. Billy always looked forward to the Chili Bowl every year in January. He was also a big fan of Richard Petty and Jeff Gordon. So much so Charlie Refused to let him be buried in the burial plot #3.
He loved to work with his hands rather it was wood-working or tinkering on cars. His love for cars showed through his two prize positions his 1926 T-Bucket and his 1964 F100 truck. He loved going to car shows and letting anyone and everyone sit in his T-Bucket. He also enjoyed giving everyone a ride around town even strangers. He would help out his kids with any project they had going on, he may have been a little grumpy about it but we all know he loved being asked to help. If you was really lucky you would get to hear one of his many many Dad jokes with his infectious laugh following the punchline. Billy met many people all across the state and he made friends quickly. He could sit and talk for hours about racing or classic cars. Billy also served as the a Past Master of the Masons at Oklahoma City Lodge #36.
Above all else his biggest love of his life was his Family. He was Married to Dana for almost 49 years. Together they raised Valerie and Charlie for the most part in Yukon. He enjoyed coaching Charlie and his Nephew Chris in Baseball along with his Brother In-law Bill hood. He would do anything for his Daughter Valerie as well, including making her help him change the motor out of the Dodge Shadow after she drove it with no oil in it. He loved to travel with the family all around the country on family vacations. Later on he found even more Joy in life, Helping coach his first Granddaughter Kylee in Softball and he loved to sit in the audience and listen to her play her clarinet, and then getting to watch his Second Granddaughter Josephine excel in Karate earning her blackbelt and watching her play soccer. His wife, kids, son in-law, daughter in-law and granddaughters was his whole world.
Billy is preceded in death by His parents Charlie and Loyce. His In-laws Bill and Dee. His Brother in-law Rodney, His Best friends Tink and Dale. He is survived by his wife Dana of Yukon, His Daughter Valerie Foley and her Husband David of Yukon. His Son Charlie Pybas and his Wife Lacey of Yukon. His Granddaughters Kylee Foley of Yukon and Josephine Pybas of Yukon. Sister of Gerry of Oklahoma City. His Brother Joe Wayne of Chicago, Illinois. Brother in-law Bill Hood and wife Colleen of Richland. His Nephew Arthur and wife Holly of Norman, His niece JaNette and husband Darren of Yukon, His Nephew Chris of Houston Tx, and His niece Jackie and husband Doug of Yukon. Along with numerous Great Nieces and Nephews as well as many other Friends and Family.
