Christine Cannova, 59, of Birmingham, Alabama, passed away July 16, 2021 from complications of cancer. Her final days were spent surrounded by her loving family and friends. Christine was a graduate of John Carroll High School and spent her entire working career in the banking industry. Her gentle spirit and loving ways will be missed by all. Christine was preceded in death by her parents Sebastian and Rosalie Cannova. She is survived by her children, Adam Byrd, Anna Byrd, and their father David Byrd and her precious granddaughter, Everly Rose. Also left to cherish her memory include her siblings Mary Habrat (Jack), Carl Cannova (Debbie), Jerri Grail (Norm), Joe Cannova (Julie), numerous nieces and nephews, and a multitude of friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 20th at 11:00 am at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 2 Xavier Circle, Birmingham, Alabama 35213. Funeral Liturgy immediately following at noon. Memorials may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society, The Greater Birmingham Humane Society, or a charity of your choice.
