Stanley Morton Browdy, beloved son, husband, father, and brother passed away on December 15, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruth and Steve Browdy. Stan is survived by his wife Elana and daughters Stephanie and Hannah, sisters Marilyn Leonard and Frances Perel of Birmingham and Eleanor Fisher of Miami, Florida, and numerous nieces and nephews. He also is survived by longtime friends Joe McDonald and Roland Day.
Stan was part owner of Browdy’s of Mountain Brook for over 50 years. He had a huge heart, a great sense of humor, and loved University of Alabama athletics. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
A graveside service for Stanley will be held Thursday, December 22, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Elmwood Cemetery & Mausoleum, 600 Martin Luther King Jr Dr, Birmingham, AL 35211.
