Rita P. Zarro

Rita, a dedicated lifelong Yankee Fan, was born in Newark to the late, Helen Zarro nee Williams and Joseph Zarro and a lifelong resident of Bloomfield before moving to Manchester 8 years ago. She was an active member of the Zarro Civic and Welfare Association for many years, and worked for The Zarro Funeral Home for many years as an administrative assistant before retiring in 1995.

Beloved sister of, Dolores Spatola and her late husband, Pat, Margaret Torlucci and her husband, Jerry, the late Jeanne Panico and her husband, Gene, the late Lena Zarro, and the late Norma Davis and her husband, Gary. Dearest friend of Florence Foley and Sue Rossi; and is also survived by many loving nieces, nephew, and cousins.

Funeral Services will be on Thursday at Zarro Funeral Home, 145 Harrison St., Bloomfield at 9:30 A.M., thence to St. Anthony of Padua Church, Belleville where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:30 A.M. Entombment at Hollywood Memorial Park Cemetery will be private. Visitation will be Wednesday 5-9 pm. Kindly omit flowers.
