Bill is survived by his spouse, Diana Sturgis; son Richard Sturgis; daughter Sherry Lynn Sturgis and 3 Grandchildren.

A reception will occur Friday, August 10, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Sturgis Family Residence, 770 Greenwood Avenue, Devore, CA 92407.
