Bobby is survived by his wife, Martha Isabel Belcher.
Bobby was followed in death by his son Braulio Belcher.
A funeral service for Bobby will be held Monday, August 17, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Green Acres Memorial Park, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316. A committal service will occur Monday, August 17, 2020 at 11:30 AM, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316. A reception will occur Monday, August 17, 2020 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at Garcia Family Residence, 12696 Ross Ave., Chino, CA 91710.
