Charles "Chuck" Edward Powell, 78 passed away peacefully at his home on May 5, 2012. He was born in Franklin, Ohio. He was a familiar face to many as the local milk distributor for forty years. Mr. Powell resided in San Bernardino County for fiftysix years. He was a Staff Sargent in the US Air Force where he recieved a Good Conduct Metal and the National Defense Service Metal. He was also a member of the Rancho Verde Men's Club. He is survived by his wife of fiftysix years, Geraldine Powell, three sons Robert, Neal and Scott Powell, and a brother John powell and a sister Margaret Lehman. He has six grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held Friday, May 18, 2012 at 11:00AM at Green Acres Mortuary Chapel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to THe City Of Hope in Duarte, California.
