he passed away on April 3, 2012 in Colton, Ca
He was a loving son, brother, father and friend he will be dearly missed
by all those who knew him. He is survived by his parents
David and Martha Chavez his three son's Michael David Chavez,
David Isaiah Chavez Jr, and Noel Ariel Chavez four sister's Darlyn Chavez,
Yvonne L Chavez, Nancy Chavez and Emily Chavez, two brother's
Daniel M Chavez and Dario Chavez his brother-in-law Kiyoshi Earley
and his grandparents Antonio Ortega and Maria N Robles-Ortega.
