Mario Correa Jr., a man of immense heart and unwavering dedication, passed away on April 30, 2026. Born in Torrance, California, to Maria de Jesus Rodarte Correa and Mario Correa, Mario was the proud eldest of four brothers. Raised in the coastal beauty of San Pedro, he discovered his calling early, graduating from HVAC trade school at just 19 years old.
For 30 years, Mario poured his soul into his craft, eventually realizing his lifelong dream of business ownership with the founding of Virtue AC. To Mario, his business was more than a career, it was the vessel through which he provided for his wife, Edith, and his beloved children. A father to eleven—seven of his own and four stepchildren—Mario’s greatest mission was ensuring his family was cared for and loved.
Mario was a mentor to many and a friend to all, but he was perhaps best known for being the life of every gathering. He possessed a sharp, infectious sense of humor and an effortless ability to make anyone laugh. No matter the situation, Mario knew exactly what to say to brighten the mood. Whether he was cheering on his San Francisco 49ers, sharing a joke, or bringing the family together to keep traditions alive, Mario’s life was defined by the people he gathered around him. He was an amazing man, an even better father, and a cornerstone of his community whose legacy of hard work, kindness, and laughter will never be forgotten
