Sergio L. Muñoz Hernandez, age 35, of Bloomington, California passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2021. Sergio was born March 6, 1986 in Mexico to Natividad Hernandez and Gaudencio Muñoz.
A visitation for Sergio will be held Friday, June 18, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Green Acres Mortuary, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316. A funeral service will occur Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 11342 Spruce Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316.
