Sylvia Frances Lower

Born on June 30, 1948, Sylvia grew up surrounded by a large and loving family, including many cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents. She enjoyed her childhood and had many fond memories of growing up with her cousins and having experiences that helped shape her joyful spirit and lifelong love of family.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister whose life was defined by her strength, warmth, and deep love for her family.

She was known for her funniness and sassy attitude, always bringing laughter and light to those around her. Sylvia had a strong spirit and a kind heart, and she faced life with resilience.

She found great joy in traveling with her husband, Bob, creating cherished memories together along the way. She loved going to the beach, where she could relax and take in the beauty of the ocean, and she enjoyed listening to music that brought her comfort and happiness.

Sylvia is preceded in death by her parents, Frances and Enes, her son-in-law, Justin, her sisters in law Diane and Donna and brother in law Gerry.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bob; her daughters, Debra and Lisa; her brother, Benny, her sister, Rita; her grandchildren, Lauren(Sean) Lindsay(Terry), Bianca(Kevin), Natalie, Adrienne, Ian, and Jay; her great-grandchildren, Sophia, Jacklynn, Noah, Jude, Amira, and April; and many other loving family members.

Sylvia will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Green Acres Memorial Park Mortuary, 11715 Cedar Ave, Bloomington, CA 92316, US, on March 31, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

A Committal Service will be held at Green Acres Memorial Park Mortuary, 11715 Cedar Ave, Bloomington, CA 92316, US, on March 31, 2026, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
