Clifford C. Wright

He was born June 15, 1939 in Gridley, IL the son of Bernard and Grace Sublett Wright. He married Frances DeBauche on May 17, 1975. Clifford had earlier married Michelle Frear and they had three children.

Clifford is survived by his wife of 44 years; two sons, Richard (Brenda) Wright of Clinton, and Randall Wright of Bloomington; one daughter, Wendi (Michael) Bues of Tennessee; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Marge Schwendy of Bloomington and Diane (Mitch) Mitchell of Carlock.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, William Wright; two sisters, Nadene Ashley and LaDon Tudor.

Clifford was an operating engineer until his retirement in 2002.

He was an avid golfer and woodworker. Clifford also enjoyed fishing and archery.

Visitation will be Monday, October 21, 2019 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm and one hour prior to services. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at East Lawn Funeral Home. Pastor Frank Beasley will officiate.

Entombment will be in Hope at East Lawn Memorial Gardens.
