Rosemarie Owen, 91, of Bloomington, passed away at 5:22 p.m. on Monday, June 13, 2011 at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center in Normal.
She was born April 6, 1920 in Bloomington, the daughter of Frank and Ruth Holland.
Rosemarie worked at K-Mart in Bloomington, where she retired from. She enjoyed playing bingo and was a St. Louis Cardinal’s Baseball fan. She was a long time member of Park United Methodist Church in Bloomington.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews throughout the United States and many cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00p.m. on Friday, June 24, 2011 at East Lawn Memorial Gardens in Bloomington. Rev. Patricia Allen will officiate. East Lawn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Cremation rites have been accorded.
