Ruth Anne (Trunnell) Miller

Ruth Anne (Trunnell) Miller, 60, of McLean, Il passed away Monday August 10, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Bloomington surrounded by her family. She was born November 23, 1954 to Robert and Vida Mae (Fish) Trunnell in Bloomington, IL. She married Dean Miller June 4, 1977 and together they raised 3 daughters. She worked as an assembler with Eureka Co. for 27 years, and spent the past 11 years at State Farm. Ruth loved quality time with her family. She was an avid reader and she also loved organizing camping trips with her whole family. She doted on her grandkids.

Ruth is survived by her daughters Valerie Miller, Stefanie (Tim) Boolman, and Tabitha Miller; her siblings Shirley (Byron) Stalter, BobTrunnell Jr., Ruth’s twin Mary Jane Trunnell, and Michael Trunnell; also surviving is Dean Miller; grandchildren Ashley, John, James, and Mackenzie Boolman and Jaxson Hinchee. She was preceded in death by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, her parents and her brother Billy Joe Trunnell.

Visitation will take place Friday August 14 from 5-8pm at Eat Lawn Funeral Home, 1102 Airport Rd., Bloomington. There will be a visitation Saturday as well from 11-12pm with a service beginning at 12pm, also at East Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions can be made under the name Tabitha Miller at any Mid-Illini Credit Union.
