Terri McDaniel

Terri L. (Brayfield) McDaniel, 69, of Bloomington passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024. She was born September 6, 1954 in Normal, IL to Harley and Mary Ellen (Stuart) Brayfield. She married William McDaniel on August 4, 1973.

Terri was a graduate of Normal Community High School and Illinois State University. She retired from State Farm in 2017.

Terri met many friends at State Farm and was involved in Toast Masters while there. Terri loved vacationing with her husband and family. She especially enjoyed Las Vegas and never met a slot machine that she didn’t like.

Terri is survived by daughter, Paula (Jake) Hieser; grandsons, Hayden and Hudson Hieser; siblings Alan (Robin) Brayfield, Vicki (Kevin) Kichas; brother-in-laws Mike McDaniel; David (Debbie) McDaniel; sister-in-law JoAnn (Greg) Sullivan; several beloved nieces; Brittani (Evan) Price and Brandi (Matt) Wright, Jill (JT) Thomas, Rachel (Chris Shore) McDaniel; nephews; Ryan McDaniel, Sean (Meghan) Sullivan, Michael (Samantha) Sullivan, and Daniel (Erin) Sullivan; several great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brother James Brayfield; sister-in-law, Linda McDaniel and nephew Brian McDaniel.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A public visitation will be held at East Lawn Funeral Home on Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with a funeral service at 12:00 p.m.
