The news of Aunt Velma's death made me sad.  It has also stirred many memories of so many years ago, when Uncle George and Aunt Velma would come to Nebraska, and we would have a reunion with our grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins. Our deepest sympathy to Velma's family.  And my thanks to the kind person who brought Velma to our Ash Wednesday noon service. I greeted Velma with a hug and told her how nice it was to see her again.  She responded how nice it was to be in church once again. I always looked forward to seeing George and Velma on Sunday mornings. You could not find a nicer couple to greet and visit with.
