

She was born January 13, 1943, in Bloomington IL to Harrison and Bessie (Hamlow) Marx. She married the love of her life, Homer Bozarth, on September 14, 1963. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Homer; three sons, Guy (Julie) Bozarth of El Paso, IL, Michael Bozarth of Bloomington, IL, and Matthew Bozarth of Bloomington, IL; eleven grandchildren, Hannah Ewins, Jake Bozarth, John Bozarth, Ashlyn Bozarth, Austen Bozarth, Andrew Shoop, Alec Bozarth, Ava Bozarth, Chelsey Kirby, Joshua Bozarth and Lilly Bozarth; twenty great-grandchildren; her sister, Onida Britton of Papillion, NE; and one niece, Renae (Kevin) Wilkening of Omaha, NE.
Jeanne loved her family and her relationship with God. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, camping, traveling, and volunteering one week year for forty years to Camp Timber-Lee. She especially enjoyed spending time with all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Which included traveling around central IL to attend their sporting events. Everyone knew Grandma was at the game based on her letting the referees know when they missed a call.
Funeral Services to celebrate the life of Jeanne will be 11 a.m. Monday, November 11, 2024, at East Lawn Funeral Home, 1102 Airport Road, Bloomington, IL. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, November 10, 2024 at the funeral home. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Gardens.
