Carl F. Scott

Carl Frederick Scott, 57 years old, was born July 16, 1955 in Bloomington, IN. He was the son of Frederick Paul Scott and Gladys Viola Scott. Carl passed away at his home on August 3, 2012.Carl worked with his father and his twin brother as a water well driller then went to work at Indiana University as a nurseryman supervisor for 31 years.Carl is survived by his wife of 38 years, Debbie Williamson Scott, his two sons; Master Sgt. Matthew Scott(wife Julia) of Destin, FL, Eric Scott (wife Leslie) and his granddaughter Isabella Scott of Atlanta, GA.He is also survived by three sisters; Fonda White( Dee), Sonda Davis(husband Paul), Vicky Stangas(husband Anthony) and one brother Todd Scott and several nieces and nephews, all of Bloomington, INCarl loved his family and was most proud of his boys. He loved the outdoors, loved to hunt, fish and loved nature. He had a passion for gardening and could make anything grow.He was preceded in death by his parents; Frederick and Viola Scott, his twin brother and best friend Curtis P. Scott and a niece Adrienne Jade Scott.Special thanks to Southern Care Hospice and a special thank you to devoted friends, Marc White and Sam Patton. The family will receive friends at Deremiah-Frye Mortuary, Greene and Harrell Chapel on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M.
