

F. Don Fulk passed away Sunday, October 29th at his residence surrounded by family after a long battle with cancer. Don was survived by his wife of 56 years, Edith (Britton) Fulk; two children, Bill Fulk (Sarah) from Warren, Ohio and Donna Lowry (Andrew) of Springville, IN.; four grandchildren, Trent Chitwood (Megan), Haley Fulk, Dana Fulk & Cole Chitwood; one great grandson, Drake Chitwood.
Don received his Master’s Degree in both Biology and Business from Indiana State University. He enjoyed teaching at Smithville High School where he taught Biology and coached Baseball. When Bloomington High School North opened he moved there to teach multiple Business classes until his retirement in 1989.
Don enjoyed hunting & fishing so much that he did one of those things every day after his retirement from teaching. Even through his battle with cancer there were few days he missed going to his favorite fishing spot at Lake Monroe.
Per his request, there will be no funeral services at this time. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
