OBITUARY
John Edward Clouse
4 February, 1943 – 8 March, 2020
John Edward “Ed” Clouse, age 77, of Freedom, Indiana died Sunday evening (03/08/2020) at his residence. Born February 4, 1943 in Indianapolis, he was the son of Everett Franklin and Margaret (Sullivan) Clouse. John loved to fish and hunt. He retired as a machine operator for Weyerhauser Corporation in California. John married his wife, Linda (Alexander) Clouse, on January 29, 1962.
John is survived by his two daughters; Velma Carmack, of Freedom and Carolyn Filar-Bevard, of Washougal, Washington, one son, John e. Clouse II, of Arizona; four brother, three sisters; seven grandchildren, Carrie Brown, Cody Carmack, John E. Clouse III, Samantha Myers, Brittany Reid, Ashley Clouse and John E. Filar IV and four great-grandchildren, William T. Wilder, Jr., Nichole Wilder, Seth Brown and Chole Clouse.
John was preceded in death by his wife, Linda in September, 2014, his parents, one brother and two sisters.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Valhalla Memory Gardens with Pastor Frank Helton officiating. There will no visitation prior to the service.
