Tony A. Roof

Tony A. Roof, 58, of Bloomington died Tuesday, July 24, 2018 in I.U. Health Methodist Hospital. He was born on March 3, 1960 in Anderson, IN to Don Roof and Beverly Stamm Roof. He was a business to business telemarketer for cell phone tower leasing. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Debra Garrison Roof of Bloomington; a daughter, Brandi (Roof) Johnson of Bloomington; three sons, Dustin (Rachael Flick) Roof, Bryan (Caitlin) Roof and Jason Roof all of Bloomington; seven grandchildren, Christian Boyce, Quinn Johnson, Mason Brandon-Roof, Dean Roof, Faith Flick, Cassandra Roof and Corey Wieland; two brothers, Todd (Dee) Roof and Tim Roof both of Anderson; two brothers-in-law, Mike Garrison of Bloomington and Jeff Garrison of Anderson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents. He enjoyed camping, canoeing, photography, hiking, fishing and being in nature. There will be a Celebration of Life for friends and family gathering on Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM in Deremiah-Frye Mortuary, Greene & Harrell Chapel, 700 W. Gourley Pike.
