Bill spent the majority of his life working as a mechanic. He used his knowledge and expertise to help friends and family members when they faced any sort of automotive trouble. He was kind, quiet, knowledgeable, and humble. He was self-sacrificing and always there when you needed him, asking very little (if any) in return. He enjoyed spending his time creating all things BBQ, studying Biblical literature, and looking for a great find at the local thrift store.
He loved his family very much and showed it in his own way. His love languages were gift-giving and quality time.
He is survived by his two sons: Joshua Britton (33) and Jason Britton (31) and his three grandchildren: Addison Britton (13), Lunabelle Britton (6), and Oliver Britton (3).
The family is holding visitation at Deremiah Frye Mortuary Greene & Harrell Chapel on Wednesday, January 26th, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service for friends and family will be held on Thursday, January 27th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home, 700 W Gourley Pike, Bloomington, IN 47404.
