Juanita I. Lockhart, 89years passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016. She is survived by her loving daughter Gena and cherished granddaughter Siarra. She was a devoted Aunt to many nieces and nephews; cousins and to her best friend Ruby. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband William; born in Booneville, MO to parents Matthew and Georgia; her dear brothers Creighton and Donald, big sister Wanda. Family and friends will be received at Leak and Sons Funeral Home, 7838 S. Cottage Grove Ave. Chicago on Saturday March 26, 2016. There will be a breakfast reception here from 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. with the Funeral Service to follow. The burial will take place at Lincoln Cemetery, 12300 S. Kedzie Avenue.
