Ed was born in Galveston TX, June 25, 1954. He grew up in Newport News, Virginia. He attended Christopher Newport College of William and Mary and in 1977 earned his Bachelors of Arts degree. Tired of the cold, Ed moved to Florida in the late 1970’s. He began working for Bell South (later AT&T) in 1978. In 1987 he earned his Masters in Business Administration from Nova University. He remained employed with AT&T for over 34 years until his retirement in April, 2013.
