James Joseph Hamill was born on June 8, 1919 in Albany, New York to Bernard and Bridgit Hamill. From 1941 to 1945, James served in the United States Army. James married Marion McSherry on August 9, 1947 at The Church of the Blessed Sacrament in Albany, NY. Together they had three daughters. On June 9, 2011 at the age of 92, James passed away. He leaves his beloved wife, Marion, and his daughters, Kathleen, Patricia, and Lori to cherish his memory. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date at Blessed Sacrament, Albany, NY.
