Mitch was my friend from 1st through 12th grades. We lost touch when I left Westernport. He had more friends than he realized. I hope he, his family, and those he loved are at peace.

Mitch's Dad and my Mom were siblings. We were about 2 years apart in age. He was a dear friend for many of my young adult years. We attended Frostburg State College together for almost 2 years, and we had a few psych classes together. I have great memories of those years. Mitch was a fantastic cook,  had a wonderful sense of art and design, was a great joke teller, and most importantly he was a good friend. We lost touch over the past 20 or more years except for staying in contact with Christmas cards.  I did see him at funerals or at hospital visits for his Mom, perhaps 3 or more times. I'll miss you, Mitch. May your soul rest in peace with God.

Mitch was a wonderful friend. May God comfort his family and friends.
