Richard Lawrence Zaremba

Rick was born in Killingworth, CT on November 12, 1958. He received many accolades for his successful goalkeeping abilities in High School and College, including the title of All-New England. He worked as a chef for many country clubs and hotels in the South Florida area for his entire adult life and was a member of the American Culinary Federation. He enjoyed watching and playing soccer, cooking for his family, detailing cars, and playing golf. He was also actively involved in youth soccer in his younger years.

Rick is survived by his wife, Angela LoCascio Zaremba; daughter, Adrian Zaremba; sister Loretta Benson; brother Roger Zaremba and wife Kathy Perry Zaremba; brother-in-law Charlie LoCascio and wife Evanice Souza; brother-in-law Frankie LoCascio; father-in-law Joe LoCascio, along with nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Rick is preceded in death by his father, Anthony Zaremba; mother, Ola Wheaton Zaremba; mother-in-law, Joyce Keel LoCascio; brother-in-law Joseph LoCascio.

Visitation will be held Sunday January 8, 2017 from 4-8 PM at Babione Funeral Home, 10060 Calle Comercio Drive, Boca Raton, FL 33482 (SW Corner of Glades Rd. and 441). Burial will follow the funeral at Boca Raton Municipal Cemetery on the morning of January 9.
