

Ronny was born on February 7, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY to Rosalind and Frank Levine. He is preceded in death by his parents and two older brothers, Halby and Kenny. Ronny was a Vietnam veteran who served in the infantry during the Tet Offensive.
His life changed forever when he met his wife Anitta at a party. They married on December 22, 1973 and were together for 51 years. They had one daughter, Veronika Levine and one granddaughter, Anastasia Szachta.
Before retirement Ronny was an avid computer programmer and worked to help solve the Y2K computer crisis with COBOL programming. He owned an apartment building with his wife and managed it in later years with his beloved son in law Chuck Szachta. He loved visiting Sanibel Island, FL with his wife and snorkeling when he was young. He was an avid reader of science fiction and fantasy and loved all the repairman jack novels by F. Paul Wilson and anything by Alan Dean Foster. The last 13 years of his life he thrived in his role as "Papa" to his beloved "Tundi" and he will forever live on in his family's memories.
A memorial gathering for Ronald will be held Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Babione - Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremat, 1100 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33432.
