Rose Katherine Hopke, 89 of Boynton Beach, FL passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2014. Rose was born on November 6, 1925 in Merchantville, NJ a daughter of the late Frank and Katherine Bernier. Surviving Rose are two daughters; Joan Kleinbauer (Richard) and Madeleine Martinez (Sam), two sons; Carl Plichta (Kathleen) and Mark Plichta (Pat), her grandchildren Ryan, Greg, Derick, Dustin, Jessie, Julia, Andrea, and Lindsey, and her great grandchildren Anthony and Jack. Also surviving is his sister Joan Grossman. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, December 5, 2014 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1000 Lantana Road, Lantana, FL 33462. Rose will be inurned at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery immediately following.
