Suzy and Bogey walking down our street in Ville de Capri—both swaying and smiling. I just learned of Suzy’s passing and I am still in shock with a heaviness in my heart. It was disappointing when she moved, but understandable and I hoped she would have a better life. Now this news…it’s unimaginable. My condolences to her sisters and other family.

Suzy, my sweet friend,

I don’t even know where to begin, because there are no words that feel big enough to hold the love I have for you or the loss I feel right now. I will miss talking to you every single day—those little moments that never felt little, the way we could go from laughing to crying and back again in the same conversation. I will miss your voice, your honesty, your comfort, and the way you always just knew what to say.

I will miss our laughs—the kind that came so easily, the kind that made everything else disappear for a moment. And I will miss our tears too, because even in those moments, you were a safe place. You had this beautiful way of making people feel understood, like they weren’t alone in whatever they were going through. That was your gift… and you gave it so freely.

I will miss your kindness more than anything. It wasn’t just something you showed—it was who you were. You cared so deeply, you loved so genuinely, and you gave so much of yourself to everyone around you. You were the kind of person who made people feel seen, valued, and important. A true light in this world.

Everyone loved you, Suzy—and it’s so easy to understand why. You had a heart that was pure and generous, and a spirit that lifted everyone around you. You didn’t just walk into a room—you filled it with warmth. You left a mark on so many lives, including mine, in ways that will never fade.

I keep thinking about all the moments we shared, the conversations, the memories, the little things that now mean everything. I wish there were more of them. I wish we had more time. But I am so grateful for every single moment we did have, because knowing you was a gift I will carry with me forever.

You were more than a friend to me—you were family. And losing you feels like losing a piece of my heart. But I know that your love, your laughter, and your spirit will always stay with me. In the quiet moments, in the busy days, in the memories that will never fade.

Suzanne was such a big part of our 5:30 PM F45 crew ta F45 Boca Raton. 
She always walked in smiling, with that sassy sense of humor, making everyone laugh, and still putting in the work. She showed up , pushed herself, and brought an energy that you just can’t replace.
She was loving, real, and just a joy to be around.

I’m going to miss her, and trust me, I know so many of us will.

To her family, thank you for sharing her with us. She made a real impact, and she will be deeply missed.
