Iam so heart broken. I have been searching for Vincent. We knew each other from the time we were little kids, the stories I tell about him still bring joy and laughter to  all I share and reminisce with. He was so talented and  we always had fun , weather going to N.Y. disco dancing, or eating out at 6 resturants in a single day. Creativity was His middle name. The parties He threw where always over the top. Rest in peace my brother the world will never be the same.

This really shocked me!! I am so sorry for your loss. Alexis and I really loved you two. I know it has been two years but it is still breaks our heart.  Sometimes people are in your life for a life time and some for only a  season.  Thank you both,  for the special moments that we cherish and the  laughter.   Richard, the angels 😇 locks will be  on point!!!

I remember the first time I met Vincenzo, he was working at a small shop in South Charlotte. Rachelle had gone to him just a couple of times and she wanted me to meet her wonderful hairstylist. Shortly after that first meeting Vincenzo opened his own salon in Charlotte next door to a mortuary. Rachelle, Heather and I started getting our hair done by Vincenzo and eventually we met Richard there when Richard started selling makeup and doing makeovers in the salon. I remember the massaging nail salon chair that also got a little friendly with the bum massager.

We knew we were part of the family when we were invited to Richard’s birthday party where Richard and Vincenzo became engaged!! A very fun and very special night!! Becoming close friends with both of you over the years made our move to Raleigh in 2010 more painful. We love you both and still consider you family!! Vincenzo made a lasting mark in this world with his smile and generous heart!!

I worked with Vinny at Scissorhands, his shop in Bayonne. He made work fun, I have wonderful fun memories of him. He was such a sweet person. Forever in my heart

Vinnie was my hairdresser and friend for years. I was supposed to get married October 28, 2005. Hurricane Wilma came and my wedding was postponed to Sunday, November 20th. I was  so upset. Know one in that industry works on Sundays. Vinnie to the rescue. He and Richard gave up their Sunday morning and game to the house. Hair and makeup done and flawless! I will always remember is kindness on that day. But I especially will never forget his smile, zest for life and our great conversations when he did my hair. You will be missed by many. Please always be an angel to Richard and all your family.

The first time I saw Vinnie was in the store that Richard and I were working at.....he was in a crisp white shirt and blue jeans and so so handsome and tanned and we all thought wow,  who is this handsome man.....Richard was so proud.  Then Richard introduced us, and it was like I had always known him. 
 Vinnie was a very special man.  He was so talented in so many ways, and he was a great hair stylist.  
He cut, colored and styled my hair like no one else had ever done.  We had so many laughs together. 

Richard, you and Vincenzo were so wonderful together,  you each had a great love for each other and that will never go away.  My heart is breaking for you.  I want to express my deepest sympathy to Vincenzo's family and to your family.  I love you both.

I've known Vinny for almost 20 years.  He's the only person I'd let have his way with my hair.  I trusted him that much.  He was so talented, kind, warm and funny. We shared a lot of laughs. Rest in peace my friend.  I will never forget you. You will be forever missed. My condolences to Richard and the entire Caramanno and Bitman families. 

 I ll always remember Vincenzo  I met him when he was repping  royal moroccan we worked together for a short time  .I was always impressed with his hair talent and sense of humor. I kept up with him on his F B page.I cannot believe he is gone.Richard I will keep you in my prayers, he spoke of you with such love I was in awe of it, 

I first met Vincenzo when someone recommended him to cut my hair. I walked into the salon and instantly felt at home.  It was like getting your hair cut at your cousins house!  Richard and Vincenzo were adorable and I loved our conversations.  I ended up bringing my son and daughter to the salon and will always cherish those memories.  A special time was when Vincenzo did our hair and Richard did our makeup for my daughter's bat mitzvah.  So talented!

Richard, you are in our thoughts and we will never forget Vincenzo.

We are so shocked and very, very sad about the passing of Vincenzo.  He was such a sincere, sweet and very talented man. My daughters, Sophie and Gracie,  and I met Vinny through Richard.  We had the pleasure of receiving beautiful hair treatments from a master of his craft! He was a perfectionist.  I will always remember him asking us each time we had an appointment if we wanted a cut or a dusting.  His version of a quick trim. We loved to see Richard and Vinny and always stayed  lomg after our appointments were finished.  An added bonus was that they loved to bring their dog to work:)  Richard would always be shopping online (long before it became popular 😃) and Vinny had no idea until the packages arrived!) We were all so sad when they moved from Charlotte to Florida. We hoped that they’d move back.  Rest In Peace Vincenzo❤️ We will never forget you.  Love, Linda, Sophie & Gracie 

My condolences go out to the Caramanno family and to the Bitman family . Although I did not meet Mr Carmanno , I knew he was the light of Richards life , as  Richard only had the best memories , happy things to share . I admired the love and partnership they shared . I didn't have the pleasure of knowing vincenzo personally , but I knew how great of person he was through the stories Richie would share. I know he was everything to Richie , and the love they shared was so real and beautiful. My heart is sad knowing he is gone but I truly believe he is in a better place.  Gone but never forgotten. I got to know and love Vincenzo through Richard’s eyes. I got to experience his kindness when he and Richard gave their dog, Lilly, to my kids.   He was so talented, so hard working, and so loved.  I know Vincenzo is in a good place. I am sad he was taken early; Richard and Vincenzo deserved a ‘happily ever after’ with each other.  I’m sad for Vincenzo’s mom and family. Dear Family and loved ones, I know Vinny for like close to 13 years . I worked right next to him at Back Street hair salon in Coral Springs. I have so many great memories . He always everyone laugh and knew how to have a good time . Vinny was such a talented hair stylist and loved his work and people. You were such a bright star. We go way back to hometown days of Bayonne. My daughter Carrie and I would go to the shop not just for hair but to share our afternoon with you. You opened the shop at 5AM May of 1998 to do her wedding. We have been friends for a long time and no matter where you moved we managed to get together to talk and see one another. I will miss you my special friend and I will look up and know your happy. Your flame 🔥 most definitely burns bright with the brilliance of who you are 😢

I am blessed to have known Vincenzo. I met him  in the early 90's  where we both worked at Backstreets . From the very first meeting I knew we would be forever friends. I am very thankful that I had the opportunity to work with him. His passion for life,his giving spirit and his love of others was demonstrated in everything he said and did.My fondest memories of Vinny was his sense of humor and his delivery....we laughed a lot.I am so thankful that I spoke to him just about a month ago and we both ended the conversation with I love you. You lived a good life ,  but way too short.  My heartfelt condolences to you Richard and to you Gloria Caramanno and to both families as well as countless friends who love,admire, and respected you.You will be missed very much in our lives but you left us all with beautiful memories.Thank you for all you left us.
