Curtis Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan was born in New Hanover County on October 25, 1943 and was the son of the late Elwood and Omage Johnson Sullivan. He was a charter member of Peace Memorial Baptist Church. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and an avid hunter.

He is survived by his wife, Mary J. Sullivan; three sons, William Curtis Sullivan and wife Laura of Supply, Johnny Ray Sullivan of Winnabow, Kevin Lee Sullivan and wife Meredith of Supply; five grandchildren, Tabatha, Brook, Brian, Cooper, Parker Sullivan and a great grandchild, Liberty Sullivan; a brother, Thomas Sullivan and wife Diane of Elizabethtown; a sister, Barbara Caudill and husband Ted of Leland.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday September 29, 2015 at 3pm at the White Funeral Service Chapel, 603 Ocean Highway, Supply. Burial will follow in the Peace Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery, Hwy. 17, Winnabow.

Pallbearers will be, Tommy Sullivan, Donnie Caudill, Rodney Benton, Charlie Carroll, Johnny Carroll, Tommy Cain Jr. . Honorary pallbearers will be, Carl Jordan and Tom Young.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 Monday evening at the funeral home and other times from the residence.
