Kelly was born December 17, 1969 in Camden, NJ the daughter of Donald Gallagher and the late Catherine Ann Gallagher. She was preceded in death by a sister, Christine Sneeden.
Survivors include her father Donald Gallagher; four sons, Alexander Dean of Fayetteville, Christian Stonestreet of Wilmington, Nicholas Stonestreet who is serving in the US Navy in Japan, and Garret Latimer of Raleigh; a grandson Caden Dean; two brothers, Patrick Gallagher of Leland, and Kenneth Gallagher and wife Colleen of Orlando, Florida; and two sisters, Teresa Gallagher of Sanford, Florida, and Jennifer Williams and husband Garrett of Tampa, Florida.
