Larry was born on July 25, 1948 and grew up a country boy in Crusoe Island - from which he enjoyed sharing many stories.
He built up a career as a supervisor with CP&L / Duke Energy, retiring after 35 + years of service. With an eye for detail, his sense of work ethic was easily recognizable as well as memorable.
Larry enjoyed his family, old westerns, his mountain home and gardening - as well as sharing it's produce with family and neighbors. He kept busy with projects around his home and yard, and would readily hop on his tractor to help anyone else with theirs.
Although he was a man of few words, he paid attention to those around him and was ready to provide insight, from business to when the best time to plant was.
Above all, he was a dedicated family man and is kept alive in memory by the family that loves him.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Norwood and Flora Faulk.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jane; daughter, Angela and husband Robert; grandchildren, Lauryn and husband Adrian, Jacob; great grandchildren, Landyn and Davis ; his brother in law, Scott and his wife Jennifer; niece, Blaire; two brothers, Mark and Joseph Faulk and families.
A private graveside service will be held.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.whitefuneralservicesupply.com for the Faulk family.
