loving family. He is survived by his loving wife, Diane, of 30 years. He is also survived
by two brothers, Jon ( & Kelli) Sloat, Steve (& Carole) Sloat, sister Barbara Cimildoro,
daughter, Amanda and her husband Robert Alpert, granddaughter Hannah, daughter
Abbie Thoreson and grandson, Graham. He is also survived by two stepdaughters, Linda
Horan and Susan Dolan and their 3 boys. Phil was a very loving & proud father &
grandfather. Phil’s brothers’ referred to him as “mid-Bro”, but most often he was just
“Full Moon Fil” for the monthly full moon parties he would arrange. In lieu of flowers
the family requests donations to the American Heart Association or Hospice Care.
