Tarra Lauri Elliott, age 45, of Winnabow, NC passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015 at her residence.
She was born in New Brittan, CT on August 28, 1970, the daughter of Dalter and Constance Gunlock Boucher of Winnabow, NC, and was preceded in death by her sister Tammy Hicks.
Tarra was a member of the East Coast Country Band, She loved Bass and play the drums. She will be greatly missed.
Surviving are a son, Samuel Bilkeson of Webster Springs, WV and a daughter, Ashley Marie Elliot of Hutchinson, MN; brother, Todd Boucher of Bristol, CT; sisters, Terri Hunter of Owls Head, NY, Tina Poola of Queen Creek AZ; and one grandchild, Caidan Voygt.
A celebration of life will be held Thursday, December 3, 2015 at the White Funeral Service Chapel Shallotte, Dr. Frank Hockworth officiating.
