Lucille was born in Marion, NC on the twenty seventh of October 1936 to the late Milton and Bonnie Buchanan Duncan. She was a longtime and faithful member of Brunswick Islands Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Hillard and Phillip Duncan.
Survivors include her loving husband, Gerald D. Vaughn of the home; two sons, Terry Presnell, Kevin Presnell and wife Gina; a daughter, Angela “Angie” Presnell; a daughter-in-law, Jewel McKinney; a son-in-law, Steve Rumfelt; two brothers, Bill Duncan, Joe Duncan all of Marion, NC; three sisters, Dorothy Rumfelt of Greenville, TN, Becky Hedrick of Spruce Pine, NC, Carolyn Biddix of Nebo, NC; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
