
He began his life in Secaucus, New Jersey in 1954 and now peacefully rests in San Diego, California in 2017. In between these years, he lived a full life. Right out of high school, He was called to the Draft during Vietnam and decided to join the United States Navy. The Navy blessed him with the opportunity to see the world’s beauty rather than war. When given the chance to see San Diego, he jumped aboard that ship and made it his new home. On a drive home one day, he spotted a convenient place to have his uniforms dry-cleaned. He ended up walking in and never using another dry cleaner again. There, he met Maria and made it a point to stop by frequently to get his uniforms cleaned and chat. After 5 years of dating, they got married and welcomed their first child, Christian. Three years after their son, they welcomed their daughter, Ariana.
He continued to travel and dedicate his life to the Navy and his family. After 22 years, he made the decision to retire his uniform and change into something more comfortable. Alongside raising this children, he began another job with the local school district. For almost another 20 years, he continued to work until he could no longer physically manage it. It broke his heart to stop working, but he knew it was time to begin to rest and care for himself. He will forever be remember for his exceptional work ethic and dedication to his family and work.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years- Maria, his son- Christian, his daughter- Ariana; his three sisters- Susan, Kerry, and Nancy; and by countless extended family members and friends, both far and near.
