Prayers and blessings sent to Barbara's friends and family. She is truly missed. I worked with Barbara in garden center at Wal Mart. She was always such a joy. 

For my grandmas year Mark since she passed away in June 24,2020 I chose to get a tattoo of butterflies with her ashes inside the tattoo in🦋 My grandma was honestly the most important person in my life and her passing last year has put a tremendous dent in my heart that will never heal but I feel like getting this tattoo I now have a piece of her with me always and forever. Barb was the kind of person whom you only had to meet once & you knew instantly, you had just made a best friend for life.  She was always kind to everyone & she liked everyone.  Her love & dedication to all animals and people goes without saying. She was one of the most beautiful persons that anyone could've had as a friend. Go now my good friend, may you find true happiness and peace amongst the rest of your family & pets that you have been missing for so long. Till we meet again & I can give you another hug please just know Hoku & I and my lil gang will be missing you so much. I'm just so grateful to have been able to have given you that big hug and told you how much i loved you the last time we saw you. Hoku & I still walk in and look to your spot at that counter, just in hoping to get to see you one more time.  I will never forget all the times you were there to give me comfort when times in my life seemed so rough, thank you. I only wish I could've done more for you too. I'm already missing you greatly my friend. Tho we lost a good woman here, heaven has gained one of the best Angels it could have ever wished for. I know you'll be resting well now & be completely pain free in blissful peace.  May we meet again at that heavenly bridge under the rainbow. Barbara,
I have known you since around the sixth grade.  You have always been kind, patient, consistent, calm and caring.  You had a great compassion for all animals, you and Gina had more animals than anyone I ever met.  I remember your schedule of going grocery shopping, yours and Gina’s dinner time, going school shopping with you and Gina.  And Gina and I really tried messing with that schedule.  How much stuff you could get in your small car.  You gave me my first “Taco Salad” from Jack in the Box, hooked me in, my goodness.  I am sure that Gina and I did not make it easy for you or my parents, being constantly together.  However you took it in stride and did not complain.  You allowed our sleepovers.  Took me to my first marathon, (only marathon).  I remember an amazing day at the beach you gave us.  You did not even bust us for the house being colored on, then having my mom try to match the paint color (close, but not quite).
Then later, I witnessed a completely selfless mother and grandmother.  No matter what crazy thing life threw at you, you handled it with grace and no complaints.  I may have given up, being faced with what you were faced with.  Yes there were times of sadness, but more of happiness.  The amount of love you have shown for your daughter, grandchildren and great-grandchildren can not be matched by most.  You were the pillar of the family and all could see it.   You should be proud.  We are proud to have known you. So until we met again.

Only met her once at the great Willard  reunion at the Willard patch in OFallon, IL.  Yet she and her sustervleft a vibrant  memory of joy of life and love of life and family.

Many of you know how important my grandma was to me. I don’t think I will ever meet someone like her again. She was the most selfless lady and she had a humongous heart!! I think the longest I’ve ever went without talking to my grandma was a day. There was always something I needed to call her for whether it was how to make some kind of food or just to make sure she was ok that day. Every Mother’s Day my grandma was the one who I celebrated because along with my 3 other siblings, she was there to raise us all without hesitation. I remember my grandma telling me that we gave her life purpose. Family was everything to my grandma and because of that we all have huge hearts.♥️ One of the biggest thing I loved about my grandma was her passion for cooking!! She was such an amazing cook and even if it was something she’s never made before it always came out amazing. Or she would know which ingredient she needed to add or subtract to make it perfect. My grandma loves cooking so much any time you went to her house she would always have some sort of cooking channel on and she would be writing down recipes. I honestly can’t even tell you how many different recipes she has. Another one of her favorites things to do was to go on long drives and a lot of the time it would be somewhere new she didn’t exactly know how to get around, we called her “Wrong Way Willard” because she would always take little side streets but they always led to a main street where we needed to go. I have so many amazing memories with my grandma tht I will never forget. She was such a special lady that anyone that had the opportunity to know her, I know she definitely touched their hearts too. I can’t even express how much I loved my grandma and how much she truly meant to me but she definitely knows how much. She knows how much we all appreciated everything she’s ever done for us also. I was so lucky to have a grandma/mother like her. Rest in paradise Granny-Loo we will see you again one day💚

Babs, I will miss you.  You were my first best friend, and I will always cherish the memories of the years we spent together as kids.  Remember the lilac bush "fort" we built at Grandma Willard's house?  Or, how about the secret passage (just a kid-sized hole) at Grandma and Grandpa's that let us crawl from the kitchen cabinet into their bedroom?  You and I and your sister, Vicki, spent many happy hours together, all of us little girls in our Halloween costumes and our Easter dresses and bonnets. :)  And even when you came back to visit after moving to CA (and I couldn't go out with you two because I was too young!), I thought you were just the best cousin anyone could ever ask for.

To the woman who means the most to me in this world. The lady who raised me with grace, teaching me how to be a loving, respectful, and kind person. She taught me what love is and how to love unconditionally. Whether it was a grocery store trip, driving me to school or a drive through San Diego to fiesta island, I will forever cherish every amazing memory I have with you Gig. My heart hurts so bad knowing I can’t text or call you everyday just to ask how you are, which would always easily turn into about a 2 hour call talking about anything just to keep the convo going... I’m going to miss everything about you , every time I cook I would usually call you with at least one question and you ALWAYS had an answer , you had an answer for everything. My go to person , my best friend, my sweet grandma who was my mom. You’ve done more for me than I could have every repaid you, something I’ll be grateful for life for. Everything I did, whether it was big or small made you proud. You always have and will always be the number one person in my corner. Thank you for being the most selfless person in my life, always doing everything and more than you could for your family. Thank you for always being there for me. Thank you for loving me and raising me as if I was your own daughter. Thank you for loving my kids more than anything. Thank you for being you.

Barb meant so much to me. Her smile lit up a room so many times. I looked forward to our talks at work. She was caring, considerate, loving and added something special in every encounter. I will miss Barb so much.
