Felicisimo C. Dizon

Felicisimo, aka Phil or Romy to his friends, was born in Manila, Philippines and immigrated to the United States when he enlisted in the US Navy in 1965 where he served for 24 years. His primary occupation in the Navy was Master at Arms and helped to implement the Shore Patrol program at the 32st Naval Station. When not working, Felicisimo enjoyed gardening, dancing, casinos and mostly playing with his grandkids.

Felicisimo was preceded in death by his wife Cecilia Dizon who passed away in 2006. He is survived by his five children Gary, Dennis, Rudy, Ann and Lynn, their spouses Cherissa, Veronna, Tino, and Mike. The grandkids: Garrison, Brennan, Kendall, Jacob, DJ, Emily, Sammie, and Olivia.

A viewing in Glen Abbey's Magnolia Room for Felicisimo will be held Sunday, November 27, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Glen Abbey Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902.

A funeral mass at St Charles Catholic Church will occur Monday, November 28, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St Charles Catholic Church, 990 Saturn Blvd, San Diego, CA 92154.

A graveside service will occur Monday, November 28, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902.
