

While growing up in Manila, Philippines, Gloria shared many life experiences with her siblings: Anthony Domagas, Divina Rojo, Trinita Raga and Dorothy Maghacot.
Gloria graduated from Ramon Magasaysay High School in 1973, and went on to attend the University of Philippines to major in nutrition.
She married Antonio Oral Pagayon in March 26, 1982 in Manila, Philippines.
Together they had four children: Limon Pagayon, Mark Pagayon, Andrea Williams, and Jamie Pagayon. Over time, her family has grown to include 4 grandchildren.
Gloria worked at Edgemoor Hospital as a certified nursing assistant for 15 years and retired in 2013. In her free time, she enjoyed dancing, cooking (everyone loved her spaghetti!), taking care of her grandkids, and going to the movies with her sister and her mom. Family was very important to her and she's at her happiest when she's with family.
One of Gloria’s greatest accomplishments was raising her 4 children on her own for 10 years after losing her late husband,, in addition to helping raise her grandchildren, Hannah Pagayon, Christian Williams, Justus Pagayon, and Iris Pagayon.
She was crowned Valentine Queen in 2010 by the south bay terrace Fil-Am Seniors Association.
God called Gloria home on January 10, 2014 in La Mesa, California after a 7 year battle with cancer.
She is survived by her children, grandchildren, mother, siblings and numerous friends. Her services were held at Glen Abbey Mortuary in Bonita, California and she was laid to rest in Mount Hope Cemetery in San Diego, California.
