John Edward Scott, age 78, of Bonita, California passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021. John was born November 25, 1942 in Louisiana to Loretta Webber and John Charles Scott.

John is survived by their spouse, Elvia Scott; their son Jason Scott (Beatriz Estrada); their daughter Angela Recite; and their daughter Cynthia (Scott) Heimbold (Andrew Heimbold); their grandchildren Alissa Scott, Jason Scott Jr., Robert Recite, Chrisitan Heimbold and Gabriel Heimbold.

John was preceded in death by their father John Charles Scott and their mother Loretta Webber.

A funeral service for John will be held Sunday, August 1, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Glen Abbey's Little Chapel of the Roses, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, California 91902, followed by a visitation from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
