Josefina "Josie" Pajarillo, 63,died the 9th of May 2018 at Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa, California, after long a battle post brain surgery in 2015. Her memorial service will be held this Thursday the 17th of May at Glen Abbey Funeral Home and Mortuary in Bonita, California. Inurnment to follow after the service at the same location.
Josie was born on the 20th of January 1955 in Manila, Philippines to Ricarda and Andres Mina. Josie worked as a lens assemblers for over 20 years. In her spare time she enjoyed cooking, watching teleseryas (soap operas) from the TFC/GMA channels, singing karaoke, cheering on the Lakers, pampering her siblings with manicures/pedicures, and most of all spending time with her family.
She is survived by her long time partner Bert and 3 children: Joanna (married to Derek Itatani), Janice (married to David Luna) and Jobert; 4 grandchildren's: Cassie/Carrie (Joanna and Derek) and Aysia/Lorenzo (Janice and David). Siblings: Alfredo, Nelson, Zenaida, Marina, Milagros, Ruben and Edita. Mother: Ricarda.
Josie is loved by all her family and friends. Even though she's gone, she will forever be in our hearts.
