Lloyd Gibbons, husband of Deloris, father of Michael, David and Janet and grandfather of six. Lloyd was born in Sikeston, Missouri, the second of four sons. He served in the Army Medical Corps in Europe during World War II. After his honorable discharge he moved to Minnesota to attend business college. It was here he met and married Deloris Miller in 1948. He studied court reporting and worked in that career from 1952 until his retirement in 1990. In 1960, he became a born-again Christian, after which he attended Bible College in Michigan, graduating in 1965. He helped establish several churches and served in a number of positions including deacon, assistant pastor and pastor. His passion was sharing the good word of the gospels, which he continued to do until his death. We love you and will see you again in heaven.
