

Born in Northern Japan, Namiko Wheeler was one of many children raised in a loving and close-knit family. Her early life instilled in her the values of resilience, humility, and compassion—qualities she carried with her throughout her life.
While living in Japan, she met and later married Ernest Wheeler, a dedicated member of the U.S. Navy stationed abroad. Their union was built on mutual respect, strength, and a shared devotion to family. Together, they raised two children, Jimmie and Linda Wheeler, who were the pride and joy of her life.
As a mother and wife, Namiko Wheeler was a pillar of support and love. Her warmth, wisdom, and tireless care shaped the lives of her children and continued to shine through in the lives of her three beautiful grandchildren: Sean, Marin, and Travis, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.
She was devoted not only to her family, but also to the quiet strength of daily life, always offering her heart and hands to support those she loved. Her legacy lives on in the laughter, kindness, and values she passed down to future generations.
Namiko Wheeler lived a long, full life—one marked by love, family, and a spirit of grace. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
