Born on February 28, 1953 in Naic, Cavite, Philippines. Son of Conchita & Andres Manalo, the fourth oldest of 12 siblings. He joined the U.S. Navy and married his wife, Glenda, where they resided in San Diego, California with their two children Millicent and Andrew.
A loyal husband and devoted father, Jess was known to be a man of the kitchen. He loved to cook and found joy in keeping stomachs full. He enjoyed the company of others, shopping for new clothes, eating at buffets, going to casinos, and taking vacations back home to the Philippines.
Despite challenges to his health, he stayed strong and resilient to continue living a normal healthy life.
He will be always loved and forever remembered.
