I was honored and blessed to be one of Theresa’s neighbors. I will never forget her courage and grit when she was rehabilitating her injured hip after a fall and had difficulty walking. I would come over a few times a week to assist her walking and go for a short stroll outside. Her positive attitude and resolve is something I will remember for the rest of my life and will strive to emulate.  Thank you for being such an amazing neighbor and an even better friend.

We remember Theresa as always being kind and helpful, especially in taking on responsibilities in our Church. She was the Captain of her usher squad for many years. She was always willing to accommodate parishioners with a big smile. We appreciate her loyalty, talent, time, and commitment to our St. Rose of Lima Parish. She was also very involved with the Italian Catholic Federation Branch #229 at our parish. She served as financial secretary and treasurer for many years. Again, her loyalty and leadership was outstanding. She did all this to serve Christ and fellow  brothers and sisters. We miss her dearly as we mark her one year passing. May she rest in peace in God’s Kingdom. Our deepest condolences to her entire family.

  you were a special friend   I have such wonderful memories of us together. Walking the golf course with our stop for drinks at hans and Harry’s and our  great lunches with your lovely karen. Theresa was like a Mom to me.  I love her.  One memory is that I was at their house. Her daughter, Karen and I were coming downstairs, and I missed a step. Fell and rolled into the wrought iron barrier. For some reason, I started laughing and could not stop..finally Theresa and Karen came to help me. Still don’t know why I laughed so much.  They were confused too!  RIP Rheresa, I love you!!!

Theresa was a devout, kind, and loving widow, Mother, and friend. She always put concern for others ahead of herself. She was a dedicated, devout Catholic to God first, only to be closely followed by her love of her family. She took care of her mother as any faithful daughter would, and was truly her daughter, Karen's best friend. Theresa was the kind of friend everyone needed because she would be the first person to be immediately at the beck and call for any of her friends in need. I am certain she is now Resting in Eternal Peace and the warm embrace of both Our Heavenly Father, and Jesus, His Son. 

Hi Karen!  I am so sorry to hear of you moms passing.  We just don’t stay in touch often enough.  I remember how your mom and you were so beneficial in me becoming a Catholic.  With out your support and guidance I would of never of done it.  Your mom and you gave me a statue of our blessed mother.  I still have her today. Not a scratch on her. She was always handled by other such great care. I can never thank your mom and you enough.  Take care and if I can do anything just let me know. Was nice to see you mention St Rose of Lima for the services. My sister was married there and I received all my sacraments there. I can’t think of your mom without thinking of you. And I cannot think of you without thinking of your mom.  I always wanted a relationship with my mom like what you had. Keep in touch Karen!!

We first met Theresa at Fish n Chips,  in Chula Vista where my husband and I worked back in the early 70’s.   She used to come in with her Mom for lunch.  She and her Mom quickly became our best customers!  They were so sweet and loved getting to know them.   We loved hearing stories from her mom and her and got to meet Karen thru them.   They were a lovely family.  We stayed in touch for years, sending Christmas cards and notes.   Theresa was a lovely woman, strong in her faith and loved her family so much!   We were deeply saddened to learn of her passing.  RIP my dear friend.

I met Theresa and her daughter Karen only three short years ago. In this little time, I got a chance to call them my clients and shortly after good friends. Theresa was a wonderful person to talk to and was always so inviting and caring about my family and business. My wife and I got a chance to enjoy several conversations with her along with a very memorable dinner that we had together right before COVID started where we all talked about how much they enjoyed their last trip to Hawaii. Theresa showed her love for helping at church, her love for Karen, her rescue pets, and everyone else that she came in contact with. She will be missed 🙏🏼  AMEN

Theresa was my good friend for over 20 years. We were like family. She was such a active lady, I always told her she was my inspiration. I will always remember the beautiful memories. Rest In Peace my friend. I will miss you.

Karen, I am so sorry to hear about your beloved mother, Theresa. She was a loving daughter,  wife and mother. She was a kind, warm and generous person, who was always willing to donate some of her time to helping others.  She was also the best neighbor anyone could ever have. I will always cherish the warm memories of the times that I was fortunate to know  her. May God bless this warm, kind and beautiful woman, Theresa. She is now at peace in God's arms. My deepest sympathies to you.
