Virginia Abenoja Dalan was born on July 15, 1938 in San Felipe, Zambales in the Philippines. Virginia married her husband, Wilson on January 22, 1961. She immigrated with her family to San Diego, California in 1989. Virginia passed on December 27, 2025 at the age of 87 surrounded by her family. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, cooking and spending quality time with her loved ones. Virginia is survived by her husband, Wilson, and children, Wilma, Ruth, Rowena, Wilbert, Nelson and Noel. She deeply cherished and cared for her 13 grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Glen Abbey Mortuary in The Magnolia Room, located at 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902, on January 23, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 426 E 7th St, National City, CA 91950, on January 24, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
The committal service will be conducted at Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902, on January 24, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
A reception will follow at The Orchid Pavilion, Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902, on January 24, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
